Ordering

By e-mail: Send us the name of the item and the price to reserve it, or use our secure order form to complete the purchase immediately.

By phone: Call us at 717-396-0324 anytime 24/7. From 9 AM to 9 PM EST, we answer if we’re here. If we’re out, leave a message on the answering machine giving your name, telephone number, and the number (if any) or name and price of item. We’ll call you back as soon as possible. From 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. EST, orders or messages can be left on the answering machine. It’s safe to leave credit card numbers, as this is our private office phone.

By fax: The fax machine is on 24 hours a day. 717-396-0492.

We guarantee all of our merchandise to your satisfaction.



Payment
We accept these credit cards -- Visa, MasterCard, & American Express.

We accept personal checks, but there may be a waiting period for bank clearance if we don’t know you. Checks returned or “bounced” by your bank are subject to a $15 bank chargeback fee.

We also accept certified & cashiers checks, and money orders.

Make checks and money orders payable to Jan Foulkeand send to our mailing address above. When sending payment, please include your name, address, phone number, and what item(s) you’ve ordered.

Layaway
Layaway can be arranged for orders of over $200, divided into 3 payments, 30 days apart. Longer terms can be arranged for purchases over $400. After your deposit, you will be sent a receipt and payment schedule. Payments are expected on the due date. Payments may be charged to a credit card. Layaway items may not be returned, so be sure before you order. Layaway payments will not be refunded if you change your mind part way through.



Postage, Insurance & Handling
We ship by Priority Mail. The fee indicated for each item includes insurance and handling. Please remember that the postage rates have greatly increased for packages over one cubic foot. You can always e-mail us giving your zip code to ask about the shipping charge for a particular item. Books are shipped by Media Mail, no insurance available.

Overseas shipping is actual cost plus $5 handling. You may e-mail us giving your country to ask about the shipping charge for a particular item.



Sales Tax
Pennsylvania residents must pay 6% sales tax, unless they file a valid PA resale number with us.



Returns
Any returns must be back in our hands with 14 days from shipment date. Item must be in the same condition with all accessories, as when we sent it. U.S. Post Office returns must be sent Priority or Registered First Class Mail. Both UPS and USPS packages must be fully insured. Shipping charges are never refunded.
