Beautiful rare size 17-inch all-cloth doll made by Georgene Averill, Georgene Novelties, Inc.. She has a lovely and colorful mask face with brown painted eyes with applied upper eyelashes and rosy cheeks. She has black yarn hair with extra pieces arranged around the front and in the back. It is decorated with felt flowers and a black lace headdress. She is totally original in her lovely colorful taffeta and lace outfit with a ribbon and bead bracelet. She wears her original organdy half slip and cotton panties both with lace trim, socks and shoes. She is clean and lovely, never played with, just a small spot of soil on her upper leg, under her slip, doesn’t show. Her wrist tag says A Genuine Georgene Doll. On the back is #723 and a penciled Peru. Lovely clean, bright, and colorful example in a nice large size, never played with!
