Cute 2 ½-inch antique all-bisque Kewpie Bride & Groom Huggers, unmarked but likely Made in Japan. I don’t think this is a Rose O’Neill figure, though, because the Kewpies have molded clothes and there are no blue wings. This is a darling figure, however. The groom has a molded suit and top hat, painted black. The bride has a molded white dress under her original crepe paper dress, trimmed with ribbon and flowers. The veil of her headdress has disintegrated, but she still has her bandeau. Excellent perfect condition, but some paint wear on groom’s back. Cute bridal couple!
