Small 7 ¼-inch antique German doll with bisque head incised: S & H Germany. There is another row above that which is too light to read. My guess is that it gives a mold and size #. Her bisque is perfect with no cracks, chips or repairs. She has blue sleeping eyes with perfect eyelid wax, and an open mouth with carved-in upper teeth. She has her original mohair wig with center part and braids. She has her original 5-piece composition body with painted ivory stockings, red garters, and black 2-strap shoes, some wear on the toes, otherwise excellent condition. She wears original white cotton drawers and slip and cotton striped dress in very simple style. Sweet little face!
