This doll has been sold. Very lovely 12-inch Swiss wood girl, hand carved and fully jointed at neck, shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees. Painted white stockings and carved black shoes. She has beautifully carved blonde hair with center part pulled into a bun. She is well-dresed in traditional style, including panties, white cotton blouse (some yellowing), bead-trimmed velvet weskit, skirt and apron. Ca. 1940s. Nice larger size of this desirable doll!
