Sweet 7 ½-inch antique German all-bisque child doll incised: K [star] R Halbig 19. She was made by Simon & Halbig porcelain factory for the Kammer & Reinhardt doll factory. Her head seems to be perfect with no cracks, chips or repairs. She has dark brown tapered eyebrows, blue sleeping eyes, and an open mouth with tiny teeth. Her mohair wig features braids and bangs. It is glued down tightly. She has an excellent 5-piece composition body with unusual painted green stockings and two-strap heeled black shoes, showing minor paint loss. She wears an original cotton print dress with lace trim, but most of the trim has faded out. She has slip and panties too. Someone has given her an oversized new straw hat, gives her somewhat of a mischievous look. What a cute one, face is somewhat different, too!
