Sweet and large 20-inch “Gridley” by Mary Olsen of the Graham Gridley Bear Co., Graham, WA. Gridley is fully jointed with button eyes and a sewn nose. This straight-haired Gridley was made July 19, 1986. He is #1021 and is handmade and signed by the artist. Gridley is in perfect unplayed with condition, but his original satin neck ribbon has faded somewhat. Issue price was $125. Mary’s bears always have such appealing faces!
