Original vintage paper doll boxed set Foreign Dolls by Queen Holden published by Platt & Munk Co. 1957 #241. There are 8 cardboard dolls. Each doll has a separate sheet with his or her costumes, hats and accessories. These are beautifully drawn with Queen Holden’s usual artistry. 6 sheets are uncut, 1 sheet is fully cut out, 1 sheet is partially cut out. Sheets are in excellent condition. The box has one torn corner and is slightly collapsed on the top, but generally in good condition. These costume sets are remarkable and actually very important for showing gorgeous national or regional outfits that are hardly seen at all in today’s world. Fabulous set!
