Sweet 13 ½-inch antique German bisque child incised 204. She has made by the prestigious firm of Bahr & Proschild. She has perfect bisque with no cracks, chips or repairs. She has the so-called Belton-type head with one larger and two smaller holes for stringing. Her beautiful blue inset paperweight eyes have lots of threading and an outlined iris, and right one is a little off center and has a short crack running through the top of the iris. Her desirable closed mouth has a white space between the lips and accent shading strokes. Her ears are pierced, but she has no earrings. She has a new French mohair wig with bangs and curls. Her early composition and wood ball-jointed body with straight wrists is in excellent condition with minimal wear. This darling little girl wears what appears to be her original factory cotton gause under shift, cotton drawers and half slip, and black cotton stockings. Her white leather shoes are vintage replacements. Her outside shift is newly made from old materials to look like an original factory shift of the period. What a gorgeous one, love these B & P dolls!
